Mr Vincent Hoo has served as the Chief Investment Officer of Accencia Capital Limited. Mr. Vincent previously served as the CEO and Chief Investment Trainer at Winvest Global Sdn Bhd ( Merge with Excel Force MSC Berhad) with an exceptional experience in conducting more than thousands of stock courses and trainings in Malaysia & Hong Kong and participated by more than 20,000 members. He had also led the company to receive the ‘21th Century Prestigious Company Award’ from the Asian Excellence Entrepreneurs Federation (AEEF) in year 2015.
Mr Vincent immense experience in Hedging Trading Strategy’ and ‘Nondirectional Trading Strategy’ for US Shares, Futures and Option market has propelled our Private AUM to an outstanding year on year ROI. He is now leading a team of private investor at Accencia Capital Limited and managing the firm’s balance sheet, risk management activities, and treasury operations. Dr. Randy had been involved in the execution of Accencia strategic initiatives and investments across a variety of asset classes including the firm’s Merger & Acquisitions, Joint Venture of Public Lands Development and firm’s investment in various public funds and options. As an avid industrialist, He has served on the boards of various industries which includes ADC GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY (M), PIXELAB INTERNATIONAL (SINGAPORE) and other regional portfolio companies.

She is also member of Regional Investment Committees that is involved in managing funds from China, Taiwan and Vietnam and Middle East. Prior to joining Accencia Capital Limited Ms. Sally Xu was a Corporate Manager for Global Technology Firm in the Asia Pacific and UK, London.
At Accencia Capital Limited, she is also spear heading alternative investment products, including registered funds, private funds, REITs and BDCs. Ms. Sally received a MBA from Marywood University and a Bachelors of Computer Science and Technology in Beijing
